In terms of rankings maybe, in terms of size outside of Fury and Joshua there’s not much difference. I’d take Liston to beat those two especially the older ones Usyk beat

I've carefully delineated it for you. There is a world of difference.

If Usyk had Listons career he’d have about the same record, Liston would be unbeaten too if he had Usyk’s

Lol At no stage in his career would he lose to Marty Marshall or Leotis Martin. Nor at any stage in his career would he lose in 1 or in 6 to Ali. This is absolutely delusional.

I really think Muhammad Ali of the 1960s would beat Usyk. Thats a whole different level of speed, skill, stamina and attitude that he’s never even come close to seeing except maybe on film

Liston only had a few fights by then, but even if he doesn’t, Usyk could lose to a Folley or Williams type fighter. He doesn’t run through them like Liiston. He loses to Ali regardless and picks up another loss here or there. Liston would jab him to death, Liston isn’t a big stiff like Joshua.

I clearly said, "At any point in his career," so when you are citing Liston's inexperience, you aren't even responding to what was said. And no, Usyk isn't losing to a LWH, ever.

Usyk is not losing to Foley or Williams. He's faced physically bigger and harder punchers than Foley, and a much bigger, more mulitfaceted boxer in Fury. This is just clinging to the past.

Just because he’s beaten bigger men doesn’t mean he deals with smaller men the same.
I can’t see him blowing out Patterson in a round even if he lasts longer with Ali. It would be competitive

They are bigger, harder hitting, and Fury is a more versatile boxer.

I think this is absolutely delusional and there is not a shred of evidence based on who Liston actually beat.

Listons only real blip is Marty Marshall who he knocked out.
Klitchko or Lewis get defended no end for their ko defeats.
Listons a problem for anyone at heavyweight outside of a young phenom goat Ali.

Liston destroyed quality contenders who would be champs in other eras. Boxing ability he was miles ahead of someone like Joshua. I’d definitely favour the bear

In his pro career, no. But Liston didn't much of an amateur career in comparison and had a steep learning curve as a pro, so they aren't remotely comparable. Usyk had hundreds of amateur bouts, two Olympics and WSB before turning pro.

Early's 60's Liston murders those guys, which you of course also know.

No, I don't see that either.
