He needs to not make the mistake of bulking up. Stay around your current weight. Pikachu beat Raichu because of speed attacks.
Joe Joyce is no measure of what Usyk would face if he steps in with Joshua. In the video above Joyce lands 8 or 9 clean straight rights and connects with a right uppercut in the first round alone. If that were Joshua the fight would be over, if and it’s a big IF Usyk were to somehow survive he’d be so wary of the power in Joshua’s shots that it would create paralysis in his boxing ability, either way Joshua wins easy.
He also needs to BC he's probably the slowest HW at least what I've seen. Joshua is also very accurate and consistent with his punch counts throughout the fights. I'm not sure what Joyce punch counts are but he's also very hittable unlike Joshua who has among the best defense which makes him an effective counter puncher. A 2013 fight with Joyce really doesn't tell us much BC Usyk was a elite fighter against a green novice. I don't think this fights going to go good at all for Usyk. At the end of the Takam fight he went down to 9% landed shots while Joshua went to 57 % landed.... Joshua is always dangerous and can get the knockout or stoppage at any point and he landed 17 unanswered blows before that stoppage which I think he was going to get before 12 rounds anyway. I can't see Usyks power troubling Joshua, he's just not on his level all around and that's assuming they fight in 2020 which will be even worse for Usyk BC Joshua will have hit his peak.
Nah. You just don’t see what we do because you don’t have an IQ that exceeds 80. “lmao. Lol. LMFAO. Loool.” And not that it will even matter... but how about you go watch Usyk’s time in the WSOB and see how he schools guys like Nistor and Joyce just to name a couple.
I think Usyk has better pop than some are trying to say he does. While he’s no Wladimir Klitschko... he’s also not exactly Chris Byrd in the power category and he has the respect of guys after a few rounds. SOMETHING is wearing guys out and TKOing them and it’s not just his movement.
