It’s not a weakness ffs. Having power is a strength. A guy like Usyk can win fights easily (by stoppage too) so how is his perceived lack of power a weakness exactly? Until that attribute in question costs him in a fight it’s not a weakness. I also think his power is underrated. There is absolutely no convincing evidence that Bellew hits harder than Usyk.
Usyk looks like he made weight very easily for Bellew, I'm not sure that's a good sign for a move up to heavyweight.
He has none. The only thing he has going against him is he has the balls to go in his opponents backyards everytime, so he's open to the possibility of getting robbed.
This should be a fair judging. Matchroom want Usyk to go forward from here to challenge some of their HW's whereas it is Bellew's last fight.
Selling his soul to Eddie Hearn? Usyk is a decent boxer, great fundamentals jab and controlling distance, add to that the work rate and pressure, it’s easy to see why he’s rated so highly. But the cruiser division has been over rated for awhile imo, he’s definatly a talented fighter and I agree with him that bellew is his best opponent so far. Paper champion bellew who only ever held in inferior belt that he was basically given on home turf against a dud for the vacant belt, beaten easily by Stevenson, and then beat a shell of David Haye.... this fight is rare, very rare as it’s a fight where the facts make the fight more watchable/interesting than the Hype... can’t wait.
Adonis got knocked out by a bum, and had a competitive affair with a Calzaghe leftover that was washed up and going up a weight class (Sakio Bika). Bellew at Cruiser is a much more dangerous foe, and also is not even among the top (LEGIT) 5 cruiserweights there.
Adonis got dropped by a Caveman in Fonfara, the same Fonfara that got knocked out by a less stellar Smith. The top ten at cruiserweight would dismantle Fonfare easily, no contest.
I agree with all of that man just saying that hype that’s being generated/manufactured isn’t what makes the fight so interesting it’s the questions around both fighters resumes for me. Iam probably explaining myself wrong lol.
Okay cool, I'm a massive AJ and Wilder fan and think pound for pound they are better than Golovkin. Golovkin is a hype job that cant sell.
Iam an aj fan myself just hanging in tho, I wanna see animal mode from him lol. Strange jump to get here like but it’s difficult to compare only aj has tried to test himself and progress one fight after another, his career shows continuation and progression the other 2 don’t. I think i should add that Joshua has had the luxury of not having to chase money fights.
