these guys come out nowhere....for a while it seemed like Ukraine was the best boxing nation (in terms of per capita and size of population) but now it seems its shifting to the Uzbekistans, they got some amazing prospects, future p4p kings and all that jazz

I think sports is just a huge part of the Uzbekistan culture and also a huge part of the Muslim culture too.

Lot's of good boxers coming through in that region who represent their country and religion really well.

They don't come out of nowhere, just like Ukraine they were part of the Soviet Union. They already won multiple olympic medals in boxing back in 2000. They have the Soviet lineage, that means a solid amateur system and good coaches, and the country is investing a decent amount of money into those sports. The Kazakhs are also pretty impressive, if you consider the fact that Uzbekistan has nearly twice the amount of inhabitants.

Id like to see Jalalov get moved a bit quicker and for him to forget about fighting "amateur" fights

Yet they are only good at boxing and maybe one or two other combat/grappling sports.

Yeah they are a good nation at boxing. But it's got **** all to do with religion lol you desperate rodent. Sport has nothing to do with religion you fool. It's cause they used to be part of the Soviet Union school of boxing. The Russians taught them to have high standards.

It's funny cause you hate all the other ex soviet union countries boxers with a strong racist passion. Yet when one comes along with good boxers that are from a mostly muslim country.. you are supporting them LOL
