I reckon it could be a bit wild this one. Briggs aint exactly Mr Finesse and he does love a ruck. If anything he will go after Vitali I reckon. Boy has balls.

    I agree.

Briggs is the most dangerous opponent for Vitali since he fought Lewis.

He might look silly with his pineapple haircut and be blowing like a steam train after about 2 minutes but he can't half crack, and doesn't mind taking one either :yep

Hopefully Briggs does a number on him and opens the division up :deal

Might be worth a daft fiver or tenner on Briggs. And then if he does lets have Briggs v Tua!!! WAR!

    Fight can be called DECAPITATION

Haye aside, we're not exactly spoiled for choice where Kilt opponents are concerned.

Nothing daft about it at all.

If there is anyone barring Wlad (who would muller him) and maybe Tua/Haye that could beat him, look no further than Briggs.

Vitali still hasn't proven that he can go to war and win.... plus he's about as mobile as a 40 ton truck and has dodgy knees.... he doesn't punch with authority anymore and looked shite against a non-punching mover in Johnson.

Maybe it's just hope.... but given that bookies still make Vitali a firmer favourite over Haye than Wlad :)patsch) I see generous odds being offered :yep

I have to admit that I like the look of this one.

Lets admit it, outside the Vitali, Wlad and Haye the competitors in the HW are pretty substandard. I'd rather have Briggs in there giving it a bit of welly than say Tony Thompson or Eddie Chambers.

Povetkin might be a good shout as well, and even that fat **** Solis.

Won't live up to expectations. Looks attractive on paper with Briggs being a big old lump with big power to stand toe to toe with Klitschko but in reality he's well past it and can only fight a few rounds. Klitschko just keeps out of trouble for a few rounds and eases away.

I would prefer to see Vitali-Tua then Briggs. Briggs has faced shite journeyman level opposition since his come back and hasn't gotten a won against a live body in years. Then again this shows just how low the Heavyweight division has gone there are literally no viable (not beaten by one of the K bros/another contender or just complete shite) contenders left outside of Adamek and Povetkin.

Poo fight. Briggs will be broken mentally and physically. I just hope prior to breaking he will come up with a shock like stunning him or something.

No real complaints with this one, other than the fact that they've been careful with which brother they match against which contender yet again. Although Vitali looks more vulnerable generally than Wlad at the minute they always put Vitali in against the rugged big punching dangerous opponents and let Wlad deal with the more skillful slick guys to match up against the K's strengths as best as they can.

And before anyone says it, I know that Wlad has a mandatory to deal with but it's still the same old ****.
