... that's what gets to me; what makes Stiverne a real contender? He seems to green and too fresh to be able to make a serious challenge to any Klitchsko. The division right now is at it's worse, or perhaps the Klitchsko's are that good or maybe a mix of both? I don't think that Stiverne should make the mistake that Arreola made- stepped into the championship fight too soon. He [Stiverne] has a chance to not make that mistake. He should fight a Thompson and then a Johnson and then perhaps a Potvetkin or Adamek, two good stiff fights, and then make a serious wave about a title challenge with either of the Klitchsko's. Briggs should get another shot at the title though... serious!
The winner between Chag and Pov will just be the paper 'regular' WBA champ like Haye. It means nothing really, it's just a scam to make money. Real fans will ignore that 'champion's' status.
The WBA is now trying something new. They can now have 2 regular champs. Andre ward only holds there title and none else, however karoly balszy and some ukrainian will be contesting that very title in the very near future while brian magee just won the interim version in costa rica last night. The super championship title is currently vacant.:-(
... here is a link to the website. It isn't even updated to show the current champions! http://www.wbaonline.com/ Either/or it's more confusing than ever! :-(
Stiverne got outboxed by Ray Austin.. i mean he could pretty much lose to anyone who halfway knows how to throw a straight punch.. I highly doubt hes ever going to beat any of those you mentioned.. if somehow someone offers him a solid payday i think he should just take it.. Stiverne is a champion.. a WBC silver champion to be exact:yep since the Klits refuse to unify because they´re siblings imo at least those guys should unify their b-level paper belts..
....holy ****! The WBA doesn't even have Chad Dawson ranked!! LMFAO........ http://www.wbaonline.com/
