Is Oscar Valdez going to get a shot at the strap now Lomachenkho has vacated. Also, who is the weakest champion at 126lbs and how do you feel Valdez would get on against the other champions if he was to win the vacant belt.
I can't say I have. I haven't followed 126 as much as I could have tbh. Loma, GRJ, Selby and now LSC aside that is. The last one with one eye on a Frampton fight which has obviously now been made. Strengths/weaknesses?
To be honest mate, I only started watching him today. He looks very decent on the inside and has stopped Gradovich (legit stoppage) and blew away that Avalos kid Frampton stopped. He is also ranked number one by the wbc, but I see him going for the WBO as Gary Russell Jr would beat him (based on what I have seen today.)
Has Lomachenko vacated? Usually when a Champion moves up they'll give him a few weeks post fight to decide. I would prefer Lomachenko stay at 126 for a while but none of the PBC ******s will fight him and Bob is protecting Valdez and won't let him face Vasyl for the belt so it seems like he doesnt really have any other choice but move up.
I dunno about the WBO situation, but Valdez is an absolute monster and will beat everyone at feather not named Lomachenko.
I don't think it's a vacant belt. The WBO allows their champs to move up and challenge for the belt and if they win have a period to decide if they're dropping back down or staying in the division they jumped to.
