    The USA believes in USADA ... the clowns, well, they believe in whatever they make up :deal:deal:deal

    USADA is one if not the the most trusted doping agencies in the world. Heck, Manny hasn't even tested VADA in the USA which he refused to do against Bradley. This is the first time Pac has done USADA or VADA in the USA. FACT!

    Given both agency's history in boxing for the last 3-4 years, VADA was outstanding while you couldn't say with straight face that USADA has done a similarly great job.
