    On the official site. Why til September 15th? maybe VADA knows it's official?

    The importance of that duration is to keep a guy clean or as best as this system will prevent. All for the possibility of a fight... but its not a guarantee I don't think. The powers that be could cancel if the negotiations fail so that date is probably a just in case.
