Who you got in this one? I just have a feeling Pena will cause a little upset.

At the end Pena's aggression worked against her, Shevchenko always looked calm and relaxed, always looked the one in control of herself.

 

I think Shevchenko Vs Nunes is a great fight.

 

I didn't expect that armbar no way no how..! Great performance from Sevchenko, she's going to be a tough obstacle to beat for Nunes!

 

Penna had zero respect for Shevs ground game thinking she could do what ever she wanted in that position and it bit her in the ass.

 

That was a high quality fight , two well trained fighters but Shevchenko showed great ring IQ , patient and creative. Pena was tough . Good win for Shev.

Next up is a rematch with the huge Nunes who strikes like a man . Shev looked quite a bit smaller than Nunes in the post-fight chat . Will be a good re-match , likely a brutal war of attrition , body work early is always a good idea .

 

UFC finally has a solid woman fighter who actually looks and acts like one.

 

So glad Pena did not win. She is an ugly fighter with an aggressive masculine personality.

This may seem hypocritical but I have always had a soft spot for Kris Cyborg. I know some people in the BJJ/grappling world that are friendly with her and they say she is a very good person.

 

In the face, Pena looks like Mark Kerr in drag in a lot of pics.

Remember that movie The smashine machine about Kerr. That part when he finally went to rehab and was clearing out all the used bottles of injectable pain killers and AAS he had stashed? That will be Pena not too long from now.

 

Hahaha!! Yeah Pena was always a NASTY WOMAN. Never liked her personality from the start. And her gnarly feet and jawline bother me a great deal.
