    PRESCOTT

    is that big enough?

seriously, prescott does not (yet) deserve a title shot. likewise, valero shouldn't be demanding about big money, atleast not yet

No it doesn't. Valero has been down in a title fight, come back, and won by ko. Valero is a two division champ and guys are getting bent out of shape because he doesn't want to fight a guy who doesn't deserve a title shot. You fans talk some sorry shite when you want to see a guy lose. The worst lol...

In the bill of right, PAc fans do not have the right to pick and choose who Valero should fight next. You don't have the right to pick Prescott over the more qualified and mandatory ranked Antillon.

I wouldn't mind this statement as much if we do get a guaranteed fight between Valero and Soto instead who is a big enough name and a damn good fighter to boot.

However, even though Urbano Antillon is a damn good fighter whom I feel has a much better resume than Breidis Prescott, he's just as much of a name as Prescott right now perhaps even less since he did not have a high profile victory as of yet. If Valero beats him most uniformed fans would just say he beat a nobody.

fights like these are the ones that lead you slowly to bigger fights... yea prescott is not big money, but I bet you if we do a poll prescott is perhaps better known esp. after defeating a popular prospect amir khan and getting fights on ESPN... big names dont come easy, it takes a lot of work... he should start learning from Prescott himself...

True. Here is the question though: who and what kind of champions did fight?

B-class boxer knocking him down and then winning a vacant title against another B-class boxer except this time it's a 39 years old B-class boxer. Prescott has potential to become an elite in the future.

I'll give Valero some props for KOing all his opponents but his opponents are, no offense to those boxers, not good boxers. JM Marquez, and Pacquiao had to prove themselves before everyone recognized them as elite boxers.

Yeah right . . . as if Valero has fought live bodies. :rofl

Don't forget that he has that title now because he has to fight a 39 yrs old challenger for a vacant title.

Prescott fighting and beating an unbeaten Khan carries a lot more weight, stature and recognition than Valero beating Pitalua . . . it just so happens that Valero's fight with Pitalua is a title fight. :deal

Bill of right dumbass . . . nobody puts in demands in a forum.

Everything here are opinions. And according to most opinions here . . . Valero should prove himself by fighting anybody in the top ten ranking. :deal

even if undeserving of a title fight Prescott is still a somewhat name fighter for his kayo of Khan

and a Valero-Prescott fight might not have the name recognition of the big names for big money Valero is looking for

but at this point with Edwin having his next fight scheduled for July I believe, what big name is he expecting to get?

. . . it doesn't have to be Prescott if Valero is running scared with his tail tucked between his legs

. . . just fight anybody in the top 10 rankings and stop bitching about money. :yep
