    The open scoring is pretty gash in both pro and amateur boxing.

    I am a fan of open scoring :conf:

    I like the transparency where you know where the judges are coming from for parts of the fight. I also think fighters and sometimes corners don't realize the urgency required, its better that they have an opportunity IMO. I know some argue that they 'coast' if they are winning but thats dangerous in itself.

    Although I do see the concerns when guys blatantly run like this. Kinda puts a sour taste on a good fight...maybe its not the answer.

    Maybe the answer is more judges.
