There have been a few posts knocking about on this forum about Valero Vs Pacquiao so i thought i would be more realistic and ask for everyones view on how this fight would go down? With the news of Valero being named WBC champ in recess and everything i think this is a fight we could see happening this year. I really like Valero at the moment and Diaz has been beaten 3 times in his last 5 fights so could be very dangerous for Diaz were he to take this.. He looked unconvincing against Malignaggi but, of course, Valero is a very different fighter. What do you think? Could we see something similar to the JMM fight?
As a Valero fan, this fight makes more sense than jumping to take on Pac or Bradley. I see another KO for Valero but it'll be a nice style test for him by taking on a pressure fighter. Diaz, Soto, or Funeka would be good choices for Valero's next match.
It would be a great fight for Valero. He fights another big name and looks good destroying Diaz in about 50 seconds.
