Valero better be careful what he asks for because he just may get it.

    Yeah I noticed that.

Still though I would say that the majority tend to agree with me on this one for obvious/logical reasons. Not to say that you're being irrational or anything but it can be taken that way by others and I won't argue with it as both guys are obviously too far away from each other in terms of resume, skills, ability, experience, accomplishments and position.

Valero wants his shot, nothing to blame there but knowing how boxing works it takes more than talking behind the microphone and getting support from a few fans. Got to do more in the ring to secure the big fights/bucks.

So being a belt holder in the same division at one point with Pac, and Pac's two fights with a shot Dlh and Hatton constitutes that Valero has no right to ask for a fight with Pac huh? Guzman fought Soto, and he also found himself undeserving of a fight with Pac...right?

I even agree with a lot of what you say. I just don't agree with you when you say this: "as both guys are obviously too far away from each other in terms of resume, skills, ability, experience, accomplishments and position". That's all...

Oh Valero has every right to ask for a fight. I just don't think he deserves it.

Like I said, Pac's big break was his fight against MAB (who was a top P4P fighter but wasn't the biggest name in boxing during the time). To get there he had to clean up 122 and defend his belt a couple of times. And that was just to break into the elite group. After that he had to fight other elite fighters in order to be the top dog.

He worked his way to the top.

Valero hasn't even worked his way into the elite group, much less to earn a shot against the top dog in boxing right now.

It can be argued that Valero deserved a fight (probably as a tune up fight) back when Pac was at 130. But since then Pac's career burst into the stratospere while the best Valero could do was finally get a license to fight in the US and finally get some exposure in the US (not his fault, but that's life). So when we're talking about the here and now, Pac is just in a whole different level.

And I can't understand why you don't agree with it when if you go searching you will realise that it is true.

Resume - Pac wins easily(arguably the best resume in boxing today)

Skills - Pac wins easily, how?, check out his fights and what he does in the ring, very easy to see

Ability - Again, his fights should prove it and ability on shines against different styles and Pacquiao shows he can adapt

Experience - Goes with the resume, the better opposition you fight the more experience you gain

Accomplishments - Goes with resume again and championship fights

Position - P4P#1 officially recognized and announced

Margarito looked more ferocious and Tyson-like knocking out Manuel Gomez and Andrew "Six Heads Zero Chins" Lewis.

This may impress a few newbies but does nothing to people understand this. Look how wide his punches were as starters, I assure anyone here the FIRST punch Pacquiao lands will either drop or seriously hurt him and I'm willing to take a month off if Pacquiao's first punch doesn't at least wobble/rock or drop this guy.

Pacquiao would destroy him easily. Come on. The guys good but he ain't that good and he makes critical mistakes that a sharpshooter like Pacquiao would take advantage of easily.

I don't want to see easy money again for Pac. Tough fights please.

It's a tough fight for Pacquiao. Valero is his worst nightmare.

Pac also fought and beat some of JMM, Barrera, Morales, Sasakul, Ledwaba etc. Who has Valero fought? C class Vicente Mosquera, who had him on the canvas in Round 1, and C level 39 year old Antonio Pitalua.

    Sure thing.

Want to also bet that he will fall short trying to reach Pacquiao as he steps up in competition?

I'm not inclined to agree with you considering your analysis of Taylor/Froch...that is what sticks in my mind. :p

Valero has somewhat underrated skills, but he stills gets wild on occasions too. Pacquiao's straight left down the pipe puts him on his ass guaranteed.
