valero is now moving to the lightweights

    This could maybe be a bad move. Santa Cruz IMO is a top ten fighter in the most crowded division in boxing.
    But it will be a good test for Valero. I have a feeling his 0s gonna go!
    Although Santa Cruz was knocked out by a slower less powerful fighter in Diaz.

    Moving up to lightweight is a smart move by Valero. That's where most of the big names are at. Jr lightweight looks depleted with all the fighters moving up. Santa Cruz will be an excellent match-up for Valero, thats a 50/50 fight there. I also think a bout between he and Katsidis could be a classic. Lightweight keeps getting better.

    Everything points out to a Sta. Cruz win. But I'm rooting for Valero. I hope he KOs Sta. Cruz!!

    I see Valero Ko'ing Cruz very early and his stock inflating incredibly afterwards.

    135 is the best division in boxing right now.

    Armando Santa Cruz

    then you got guys like Julio Diaz, Anthony Peterson, Amir Khan. Lots of good fighters

    Lol its funny because just 5 months ago, it was a virtually dead division. And in just that short amount of time it has suddenly grown into one of the hottest, if not the hottest, division in boxing right now!

    Valero has great power. Interesting to see him with bigger guys like Nate. Great division indeed.

    they need to sort things out at 135 fast. because sooner or later, when manny comes down to 135 again after his foray at the higher weight classes,he's going to fight the topman at 135. that's probably his last fight, whether its marquez or campbell.

    thats true and the superfeather division which was considered 2nd best not too long ago is now probably considered one of the worst
