No documents have been signed yet and the Nevada Atlethic Commision is still waiting for Valero's medical records to be scrutinized which they haven't received yet . . . so I wouldn't count other possibilities at this point.
But in ~90% thye are correct and if you see the fight up there, its mean it will happen. But its still possible that both Malignaggi and Valero get step aside paycheck and PAC will fight Hatton, real life is full of surprises.
I don't know, Hatton isn't retiring yet. If Hatton beat Malignaggi he will get back in the picture as the true man at 140. If PAc beat Valero then his stock rise even more. The fight between PAC and Hatton will bring a lot more attention and money than now. However I would like PAc to fight someone from top 135 instead Valero, it would make more sense for both of them to not fight right now.
