ok true buh what else did prescott accomplish to say he even belongs in the ring with valero. he Ko'd a bunch of columbians who were probably cab drivers.
u guys r missing the point, two amazing prospects with incredible KO records, it bascially can go either way becuase both these fighters go out looking to KO there opponents. prescott has instantly got a name now after beating khan, u can't argue there, so for valero this is to gain more exposure but also i beat a dangerous fighter like himself. if u guys r unhappy with this fight, then u must b smokin sumin, forget wt they done or what they accomplished, think what they gunna do when one of them is guna get KTFO. expect fireworks, this is my 3rd most anticipated fight this year after pac v hatton, n haye v wladimir
what has valero done other then fight a bunch of unknown quantaties from japan the last guy who he put away was a bum who'd ko'd an inconsistant santa cruz his record isnt much either when u look at it with a bit of context
Who has Valero beat worth mentioning? I believe this is a step up in competition for both fighters.. Prescott win over Khan is better then anyone Valero has beaten..
i have no problem with this fight. id rather see valero take it one step at a time, instead of going from fighting nobodies to fighting the top guys. after prescott, then he can take a guy like funeka, or katsidis. after that diaz and if he gets past him, try to get a fight w/ jmm.
I think this may turn out to be a mismatch. Prescott was made to look good against Khan due to his Glass Chin and willingness to engage. Look what happened in his next fight against Toledo. Valero is also willing to engage, but has a superior chin and more power than Khan. I am going with Valero here Prescott is clearly the taller man but does not have the requisite boxing skills imo to outbox Valero even with his 5 inch height advantage, I believe Prescotts power to be overated. I am still looking forward to this fight though.
