According to Steve Kim's Twitter, talks between the two camps are heating up. He says Arum is willing and Bradley told him personally he'd love that fight. He went on to add that Shaw is aiming to have the fight the first week of June on Showtime. He'll have an article on the whole thing tomorrow.

Not happening. Unless Bradley signs some sort of agreement with Arum.

Seriously, I'd be surprised to see this one pan out. I'm sure Bradley would love it tho.

    bradley UD

both are becoming some of my favorite fighters to watch and while i can see valero landing something big but the safe bet seems to be bradley by decision.

Bradley has serious technical skills...I would see this fight playing out like his fight with Holt. Maybe if Valero took sometime to develop into this fight, but right now I see him dropping Bradley once or twice or three times, but Bradley wins every round he isn't knocked down on the way to tight UD win.

Valero should stay at lightweight and clean up the division starting with Katsidis and ending with Juan Manuel Marquez. He still needs a lot of improvement before he steps in with Bradley.

I think 140 is pushing it for valero at the moment, but....Styles make fights, bradley likes to come forward and be a volume puncher, not the smartest thing to do with a guy like valero....I would favor valero by wide decision, possible late stoppage...

Well, Valero has the same reach as Bradley and is an inch and a half taller. Bradley weighed 138 in his last fight and Valero was 135. I don't think size will matter if this fight happens. Skill is the more important asset in this fight. Bradley is a highly skilled young fighter. Valero, to his credit, showed a lot of heart and skill in his fight with DeMarco. I would rather see Valero fight the lightweights, but would still love to see this fight.
