They're both untested, but from what I have seen of both of them I am going with DeMarco... Been watching this kid for a while and I think he should be able to easily frustrate and outmanuever Valero. Valero is just too wild

I think Valero needs to land early and put DeMarco off his game. Boxer v puncher....I love these type of fights :good
No, no hate for Valero. I actually think he's fun to watch, but in the past he would complain about not getting any superfights with Pac or Marquez. Now that he has a belt at 135, he is in a greater position too. And DeMarco is a good fighter, but c'mon, before this very fight not many people knew about him. Like I mentioned before, the only way to earn the respect and the fruits of this sport is the hard way. I'm sorry, but I will not give more or less credit to any fighter I don't care where they come from. As great as puncher as Valero is, DeMarco has the better opposition and the better win with the victory over Kid Diamond. I have seen Valero fight and has never showed any will to box, only throw bombs, bombs, and more bombs. Valero is expected to win, but DeMarco is good enough to pull an upset from what I have seen. I think Valero might win the first rounds, DeMarco might take over the second half. We'll see.
on point in my opinion. Really looking forward, though. Love that Showtime has taken the time to showcase the demise of the biggest fraud in the sport.
It's hard for me to vote against Valero even tho he is wild as hell and wide open to a good counterpuncher
DeMarco will be a tough test and his wins over Adjaho, Diamond, and Alfaro are solid wins but Valero is a phenom. Unlike other knockout artists, such as Julian Jackson, Valero has a good chin and can take lots of punishment. He also has great ability in slipping punches and countering that few have recongnized in him. Valero mid round stoppage in an action packed fight. Also, DeMarco's key to victory is to use his boxing skills. However, being Mexican and a boxer at the same time is a lil problematic since DeMarco will likely be lured into a slugfest if he gets tagged hard. That's the trap he will fall into. You can't outbrawl Valero.
