    valero is very unproven at the elite level, he got up to beat loco mosquera though so has a lot of heart. the pitalua fight is a step up in class and will give more answers on valero. katz has a similar amount of fights but a higher class of opposition, id say valero based on his fitness, it could be the first decision win he has tho
