Valero vs Maidana wouldve been a great fight

Valero I am sure would of gave us alot of super great fights he was a true fighter at heart.

 

If Miguel wants it at 147, he could have got it from Edwin V too.

Finally someone is talking sense.

Valero was a very good fighter, but he had his flaws. How can you say people say he would have been a future great based on wins over the likes of Antonio Demarco and Antonio Pitaliua? It's ludicrous. Furthermore, has any one here even seen Valero - Mosquera? I think watching Valero struggle in that fight might change a few peoples opinions on him. Future HOF'er? I don't think so.

 

Edwin V breaks Devon A's cheekbone for real and gives him a true reason to cry about what happened unlike the Tim Brad fight.

 

Same goes for the JM in your avatar. Different fighter, same result!

 

Both Maidana and Valero were big punchers, so it would have been an explosive fight, I'd give the edge to Valero (assuming his power could have continued on to 140lbs)...but Maidana is naturally heavy handed aswell.

I'd give the edge to Valero because he showed a touch more boxing ability.

Marquez would still embarrass Valero at 135lbs.

 

I know you're from Grand Rapids, but Edwin V gives $ the toughest fight out of anyone, this includes Sexy Sergio and emmanuel!

Oh, and the Pacquiao fight would not have been a great fight...easy night for Pacquiao.
