Have they specified it must be for one of the big four?

Yeah - "Hills also offer 6/4 that Ricky Hatton will lose during 2008 and 4/1 that Haye will win a version (WBA< WBC< WBO< IBF) of the World Heavyweight title."

Unless he gets a big promoter behind him I think he's unlikely to get a shot in 2008. His best chance would probably be the WBC who rank their champs high when they move up and that would mean him beating Maskaev or Peter.

If he beats Macca he will be ranked top 5 by WBA, WBC and WBO when he goes up. And if he were to fight Rahman whos ranked by all 3, including 4 by WBC then he would be right up there.

This would be the best route but most heavyweights don't fight more than twice a year so it would still be a stretch to win one in 2008.
