lol at people saying valuev knocks him out. this guy can't stop any top hw. he doesn't have heavy hands at all and most of his ko's over cans are due to his massive flesh wearing people down.

guys like valuev, povetkin, iggy and chagaev are good boxers but they lack serious power to devastate their opponents. that's one of the big differences between wlad and the rest of "dem euro bums" and why wlad has a far bigger fan base

Right.

Valuev is not going to knock Ruiz out, no. He will probably batter Ruiz with his jab, but Valuev is not a powerful puncher. Not even what you'd call an average puncher, if you ask me.


But he is skilled and has great stamina, especially for his immense size, which is unheard of for fighter to be just shy of 7 feet, and a skilled boxer with a great jab.

 

Ruiz is supposed to have a new trainer as well, I am rooting for Valuev, but it could be another close one...John is ugly to watch but a hard guy to fight

 

Matter of fact there were several other HW champs who at some point got koed by Tua (Rahman, Maskaev).

 

who the **** cares? It's another bull**** HW fight with no credibility involved....tell me who can Valuev beat????......Cabdrivers from Europe and MAYBE Tye Fields. The endless droning about these two pair of clownshoes is more than laughable
