I wondered the same thing. Vitali literally turns his back to Chisora like a ***** to avoid getting hit any further. Juan Carlos Gomez got stopped for that.

Isn't this the WBC HW Champ? I heard his younger brother holds the WBA/IBF and WBO Belts and together they have unified the division,

    What does Brittard Island have?

Silly me. There i was, a boxer for many years and a boxing fan for even longer and always believed a fight should be scored on punches landed??? It now appears that in fact punches missed can also win you a fight?! Awesome.

For those of you that want to know some facts and judge who won the fight from that, here are the punch stats.

    Landed/Thrown/Pct.

    Haye 98/143/68.5%

    Valuev 64/390/16%

Now call me daft... but according to those figures, Haye landed nearly 50% more punches.

This is without taking into consideration that Valuev landed NO power punches all night while Haye landed several. Plus Haye was fighting one handed for 10 rounds (oh yeah... forgot.... being one handed is only a legitimate excuse if your surname is Klitschko)
