Bergeron had better not try out Wlad...or Vitali for that matter...Not if he lost to Valuev :-( :verysad

The FBI drugged Bergeron. There is no other explanation.

Either that or Valuev had glass in his dreads.

Even Valuev says the decision is "fraglich" and that he understands some of the crowds booing, can a German translate that? Doesn't it mean something like disputable?

Woah, a German-based fighter beat another Canadian on points. What a surprise.

Yea, Valuev was more on his toes and boxing, puting combos togeather, useing his jab a lot, when close hiting nice body shots and even a couple of hooks a couple of times. Like i said before, Bergeron was counteing on his left hand to try to KO Valuev with one lucky shot. If Bergeron would have been on his toes and boxed he might have won couse he had a nice jab and his left was very good also.

Gotta love the German live translater for the broadcaster, by the way.

Bergeron: He threw a lot of punches, but not many of them landed
Translater: Valuev threw really heavy punches

Bergeron threw the fight. As cross_trainer said, "he is a cunning man that Bergeron." He knew that he needed to taste defeat and come back even stronger just so the public would realize that he could face adversity. Because if he fought like he normally does, he would steamroll anybody - Wlad, Peter, Tua, McCall, etc - and then the public would have doubts about his resolve and heart.

A perfectly calculated decision by JFB which should help him and his legacy in the long run.

Expect him to win his first belt within the year and then set his sights on Wlad.

Gotta say, Bergeron shows a lot of sportmanship. He thanked the German public for a nice reception etc, right after in my (and his) opinion losing a fight he should've lost.

IT is the ONLY conceivable explanation.

I hope you're right, but I heard that Valuev tried to Ali Shuffle on Bergeron.

Bergeron once killed a man for such disrespect.
