Who wins if this fight happens? Vitali all day and every day. Tired of the disrespect Vitali gets.

Will Vitali run away from sugar like Haye did ? LOL
I think sugar gets knocked out in this fight by Vitali who won't be running away like haye did.

I guess I thought Stiverne had a mandate to be done by March 31 2012. While I relish the thought of Dr Ironfist fighting Haye, Valuev and Dimitrenko, I would also like him to beat a mandated opponent. Adamek was ranked #1, but was not mandated, and before that we had Solis who buckled like a schoolboy.

Seems Vitali could better cement himself and maintain his high level of integrity by letting the above named fighters to tuneup after injury, while he defends against his mandate.

Who cares about Stiverne. They made Vitali fight Solis last March. Then he fought the #1 contender in Adamek. No sanctioning body would require 3 mandatories in one year.

Barret did only to get stopped and Ruiz got knocked down by haye not the other way around. Technically Wlad did too though

We had about a twenty page post arguing the mandate with Adamek. WBC NEVER mandated that fight. Yes, Vitali fought his #1 in Adamek, but he was using incorrect language when he called him a mandatory. Stiverne however has the same mandate against Vitali as did Solis. Whether he is **** or not remains to be seen.

According to the WBC the fight MUST be made by March 31st, or has that changed without being formally announced?

Not saying Vitali is ducking Stiverne, hardly. And in reality a fight with Valuev Haye or Dimitrenko would likely be more intriguing as each has KNOWN skills to possibly make it interesting. But Stiverne won an eliminator and is next in line after Solis unless he of course loses this winter.

I would also like to see Haye and Valuev take a tuneup to ready them for Vitali. Even against Julius Long or David Price. Just someone with some height so they could shake off the rust.
Same goes for Dimitrenko, except his injury is likely just an excuse so he can duck Helenius and maintain his position in the eyes of the K2.:rofl

Wow wait till Valuev gets old and coming off a brutal beating against Haye, then fight him.
    Klitschko Logic! :rofl

Stop fighting Haye leftovers and fight Haye himself! :good

Vitali only wins if Valuev allows it.

Being the gentleman he is, I suspect SNV will allow it. He clearly doesn't need boxing like Vitali does, and is simply too kind to let loose the full fury on a respected foe.

First of all Valuev did NOT lose to Haye. Crooked judges, fixed fight.

I am very surprised to read this. I thought that Valuev was quite ill. I understand he had not just one but a series of operations. He was ill and hurt when he fought Haye. That was presumably one of the main reasons the boxing mobsters stole his belt away from him and gave it to Haye, plus the fact that they figured they could make a lot more money off of Haye's big mouth.

I think he genuinely is the highest ranked of the 3 though.

I'd love to see fury v pov though.

My point is, the division is starting to suck again.

Let's look further than the top 3, ok the top 6 of the division

    Wlad-joke fight
    Vitali-joke fight
    Pov-acceptable fight
    Adamek-just lost
    Chambers-injured
    Chag-just lost.

The division is looking poor as long as they don't fight each other.

Helenius will probably fight someone decent next. Maybe dmitrenko will also.

But boystov will have a joke fight. Arreola will have a joke fight. Thompson also until wlad faces him again.

The division is crap, not because of talent but because of match making being at an all time low.
