Nearl y as bad as the Donald fight,eh? You must be joking, mate! Ruiz vs Valuev was a pretty close fight. Like most ring observers and experts I had Valuev ahead on points after 12 rounds.I wouldn t have argued the toss with someone who scored it a draw that night, but Ruiz surely didnt deserve the victory. He was just too passive most of the time. Valuev did enough to win a close fight. Donald? He was far more active than Ruiz and the outcome of their encounter was very debatable and controversial. It was a close fight, too, but Valuev didnt really deserve the victory.A draw would have been okay with me,but I wouldnt have had any problems with a verdict in favour of Donald that night. Anyway! I am going to attend Ruiz vs Valuev.I very much hope that I wont get bored silly watching them fight in Berlin's beautiful Max-Schmeling arena tomorrow!!
I had Ruiz winning the last fight by a round. This should also be a boring, close fight that Ruiz will probably deserve to win but no way is he getting a decision in Germany.
As if robberies don't happen here, either. Valuev will take care of business vs Ruiz no matter where they fight at.
I know that scoring is subjectiv but in my view there were two clear cut winners in those fights. One get to be aware of the fact that German commentators are biaised and tend to influence the public, especially spectators who are not following the sport since a long time. How do you explain the fact that commentators disclose information between rounds relating to the official scorecards of the judges.???!!!
