Valuev: The most Boring Fighter I have Ever Watched

    What the hell is wrong with this guy? Considering his size advantage, he should be blasting out opponents in just a couple of rounds. I cannot believe how useless he is! :-(

    I was on another forum earlier and most of the guys were excited by this fight. Only one other poster along with me was disgusted by these flabby *******s.

    My stream was also bad, but I went to a web site where it was being broadcast legally and free. I viewed the page source and copied the stream URL (.asx stream), pasted it into VLC and had a high quiality perfect stream.

    Most boxers have explosive power and this is what they use to KO people.

    Valuev doesn't throw quick enough, he throws arm punches and he doesn't close the space quick enough if he does hurt the opponent.

    Yeah, I was shouting at the monitor most of the fight. I'm no boxer, but I know what to do, and valuev does exactly what you said. He hurts his opponent and then stands back and does absolutely nothing. He really needs to let his hands go.

    That was a pretty decent fight imo. If you didn't like it, why did you bother watching the whole thing if you thought it was so boring?

    Guys, I TOLD YOU SEVERAL TIMES that this fight will be boring, and you know what? Valuev was a bit more impressive than I thought he would be. The only other 12 rounder which was more exciting was the Chagaev fight as Ruslan just couldn't stop landing that nasty left hook.

    Valuev is develop his skills a lot and especially his jab and defence. Compined his size, he is difficult opponent for everyone.

    it was a decent fight - i am a real boxing fan and can appreciate a slow paced 12 rounder and enjoy the ring tactics of each guy. valuev boxed solid but will never be a willie pepp

    if you like entertainment for simple minds then i suggest wcw or possibly worse, ufc/mma.
