    Why hate Valuev?

I'd felt before that a lot of the hate directed the big man's way was all the related paranoia that normally happens when a HW gets close to the fabled 49-0.

With that ambition how out of the way, I rather hope Valuev gets a fairer deal. He's been out of the ring for longer than is probably good for his form, but he can still be a top level mover 'n' shaker.

Hey , don't be a hater, yo. Just don't watch, if the big lug distresses you.

Other than beating Ruiz, Donald, Etienne, Bidenko, Vidoz, etc and defending his belt 3 times, including against McCline and Barrett . It's not even like he was blown out against Chagaev.

Seriously, Valuev has a top-5 resume out of the current heavies. He may not be top 10 as far as skills, but his kind of size will cause most heavies problems, and his granite chin doesn't hurt things either. Considering the current weak crop of heavies, I'd actually be somewhat surprised if he never holds another version of the belt again.
