Golota is a better opponent than Holyfield, but he's still going to lose his 4th or 5th World title shot.
Golota is too far past his prime to beat a man mountain like Valuev. I would like to see Golota pull this one out, even at 40 he's more marketable and exciting than most other heavyweights. If the fight with Austin goes on then Golota will take care of him. Austin is a big underdog there. A couple good things about Golota fighting Valuev is that, atleast for a moment,it gives us a break from the whole Valuev-Chagaev-Ruiz round robin we've been subjected to. And atleast its not Holyfield.
Golota will knock Austin out inside of 5 rounds. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if Austin is given a little extra cash by Don King (like he did w/ barrett against rahman) to play along and let Golota win.
was sure valuev said a couple of days ago that he was fighting meehan. i think his manager said so as well. anyones guess.
Golota is still skilled and accurate with his shots. Yes, he has slowed since his fighting days of the 1990's, but he still has conditioning in his corner. Golota will have NO problem at all landing power shots on Nick Valuev. Valuev's skills are very basic, and the hulk is also clumsy.. I think Golota has a good chance at beating Valuev.... GO GOLOTA!
Well Holyfield has the better name, so Holyfield is better in terms of name valu, but Golota is probably better than Holyfield at this point.
HMMMMM!!! In Europe, I think Golota generates a BIGGER following than a shot Evander Holyfield does......... "Golota-Valuev" in Germany for the WBA title will be huge... ALL tickets will be sold.... Holy's rep and marketability has really taken a huge crap in the toilet as of late..... Golota's train is moving pretty good right now....
