What are peoples thoughts on possibly Haye challenging for the WBA title after a few HW fights, if he wins that is and if Valuev is still champ. Then possibly taking the WBa belt to try and unify with Klitschko if he beat Valuev. Not meaning to sound like a Haye nuthugger because i'm not and feel he probably will not be as effective at HW and could be shown up possibly if he's caught on the chin, but i feel he does have speed on his side and could grab a few good victories with this. although if these two ever did get in the ring it'll be an absolute freak show in size comparison.

at least u r a good haye fan and understand the potential pitfalls that lay ahead. the biggest question i have about Haye, the HW, relate to his chin and stamina. Obviously, the chin needs to be tested but he's adding a lot of weight. I want to see him go 10 or 12 rounds with that new body and still be effective. If he can, he will be a player for sure.

Until then, i reserve judgement unless im dealing with Haye's lunatic fans in which case i'll will bash him to no end :yep

I will say this, his handspeed and power make him a compelling prospect. I just can't stand the delusional shittalking by Haye, Bunce and some of his fans

Haye will use his speed. Valuev is so slow that it will look like a scene from the Matrix!

I think this will come down to stamina. If Haye gets tired, which could very well happen against a guy that weighs over 300lbs, he [Haye] will be in big trouble. If Haye stays fresh, he can use his speed to a comfortable decision victory.
We really need to see more of heavyweight Haye before w can make better predicitons.

I dont know. But i would root for Haye for sure. I can see team Valuev choosing the wrong tactic based on avoiding Hayes power and play it safe with the "new improved jab", lol. But Valuev is too slow and couldnt even avoid these sloppy, blind thrown hooks from Ruiz, so Haye has a good chance to test Valuevs chin. But if the fight goes longer than 6 rounds, it will be Valuev.
But well, it depends on a few things. Can Haye impress Valuev with his power, will Haye have trouble taking Valuevs jabs? Im pretty sure he can avoid Valuev right hand for some time, but he must be able to take those jabs. That said i dont think Valuev has such a good jab. It lands, ok, but it isnt anywhere as hard as Wlad's who can really trouble you with his jab.

You know, Haye would be the favorite, because everyone is saying he's good. I don't know what would happen. But, I think the way to beat Haye is to always apply pressure on him, because he moves back and doesn't tie up his opponent well, and his chin is suspect, so just attack at the sound of the bell and bomb him out. Give it a try. Well, that's what I would do.

I'd like to see Barrett fight Haye, or Lamon Brewster. Can you imagine if Barrett fought Haye, and KO him just like he did Fields!

I also wish Haye would accept the Toney fight, or fight Evander. They deserve the shot. There are a lot of HW (Ibragimov, Briggs,) that I would like to see Haye face.

Big foot versus Matrix. But, if Wlad ever fought Haye, it would be Aliens versus Matrix.

Valuev has improved but assuming Haye can avoid the jab and not get leaned on too much he'd cut Valuev to shreds. Ruiz made hum look slow for ****s sake.

I dont think Valuv hits hard enough to knock Haye out ( unless Haye gets gassed )

Call me a delusional fan if you like but Haye is a natural athlete and Valuev has the co-ordination of a drunk pensioner.

The size difference and Valuev's chin and stamina would probably be too much for David. He would probably end up geting clubbed down in the late rounds as he tired.

But it isn't inconcievable that he could box his way to victory. He is a lot more skilled, and much faster than Valuev, who doesn't use his size to his best advantage. You look at the Chagaev and Ruiz fights - this guy is slow, and can be outboxed relatively easily by smaller opponents.

Haye could take this easily if he carries up his speed, and has the stamina to go 12 in a hard HW bout. On the other hand he could simply tire, and get clubbed down late.
