IMO we'll see a convincing win for Valuev this time as he will control the distance much better and won't let Ruiz work him on the inside as much as he let him do it the first time around...
It's in Germany, Valuev is more well-regarded, Ruiz has lost several lately and Valuev has greatly improved his ability to use his length to keep fighters at a distance, not to mention that Ruiz ain't a spring chicken. This should be more convincing than the first one, but even if it isn't, I can't see Ruiz winning.
I agree with you guys. Valuev should be able to win it with his jab, although you know Ruiz will make it difficult by falling in with single shots. Valuev's length should be too much, again. Valuev by UD.
I think there is a clause built into any Ruiz fight contract that the crowd noise can not get over a certain decibal level or both fighters are fined.
I thought Ruiz won clearly the 1st time but Valuev has improved in my opinion he looked great vs Lykaovich so this is a intriguing fight to me.
If Ruiz wins (which is possible) he's a three time Heavyweight title-holder... what a sad day for the world of boxing. I suspect the greatly improved Valuev will be able to keep Ruiz at a distance and win a clear decision.
