i think a hard puncher with a good short left hook would drop sergiy, his right hook is too low and wide, leaves that beard in the air when he throws it. a quick snapping left hook would catch him mid swing.

I see Canelo winning by KO11 after Vanes gets heart palpitations and retires on his stool exhausted, having chased ginger fruitlessly around the 50x50 ring all night.

 

I would love to see Vanes fight Canelo. Vanes I think beat Lara in the rematch.

 

Vanes is salty because Canelo did a lot better against GGG than he did. Nothing more to it than that.

If Vanes had the skill and talent to beat Golovkin by sticking n moving , you can literally bet yous ass he would have done so.

The bashing Canelo for running malarkey is a perfect example why people follow fighters/personalities more than the sport itself.
Nobody gave Canelo a pass when Lara was covering ground like the FLASH during their fight. Canelo was faced with a faster moving and more elusive target yet he still made more effort than Golovkin to track down and hurt Lara.
He still ripped in body shots regardless of taking a counter and he still exploded at him while he was near the ropes.

Lara never lay on the ropes and beckoned Canelo to come in and trade with him cos unlike GGG , Canelo would have let lose with a fury of combos .
Even through Lara was on the balls of hiss feet darting all over the ring , his performance deserves no criticism since he fought to his strengths and used the best tactics he could to get the win , which he very nearly achieved.

Canelo isn't stupid like GGG fanbots are. He didn't approach the fight thinking he could walk GGG down , but then retreated when he felt his power. It doesn't take a genius to know that movement and angles are the keys to success against Golovkin. He came in with a gameplan best suited to obtaining the win against that particular type of opponent. And he'll likely use it against to greater effect in the rematch. This is why Able is goading him into to standing still in front of Golovkin.
Its not up to Canelo to stand still , its up to GGG to track up down and wear him out.

Usyk will will have to adopt the same defensive circular moving tactics against Gassiev cos standing and trading with him with him would be stupid. What are the odds that people will bash Usyk for boxing Gassiev to victory off the back foot? My guess is he'll be praised for being smart and tactical because thats exactly what he will do to get he win and he shouldn't and wont receive any criticizm for doing so.
