It will definitely bomb in the ratings. Thank Goodness this is not PPV, it would have been a complete disaster.

Lost 3/6 of his last 6 fights

Hasn't fought in 2 freaking years

    Has never fought at 160

    Never a world champion

Scrapping the bottom of the barrel.

    :duh

0 Excuses not to fight Andrade or Derevchenko.

Andrade's demands were turned down by HBO, K2 had him in consideration.

But you're right about Derevyanchenko, K2 wanted nothing to do with him. Golovkin may be stripped of the IBF.

No, its not Rod Salka like, that would be the equivalent of GGG dragging up Wilky Camfort or Marcello Matano.

Yes rod was at least active

Maybe GGG can still bring in Brandon Rios.

Maybe he should fight a 0-0 MMA guy? Or Berto?

Andrade has a glass jaw and wouldn't have last long against Golovkin anyways. For all the bellyaching from the usual suspects about Andrade suddenly being some world beater at MW and the fight to take, how is this that much worse? Martirosyan has performed h2h extremely well against Andrade and Charlo and only has 1 fight less at the MW limit. It's hardly a great fight but the difference in quality from Andrade isn't night and day as some are trying to claim.

It would be like Parker pulling out and Joshua then rejecting Miller and Povekin only to fight Marco Huck instead . :confundio::jaja-no:

Which only proves how much HBO have coddled and protected Golovkin. :drooling:

Which would be preferable to Rod Salka or Conor McGregor, at least Huck has a puncher's chance.

Huck was an attrition guy at Cruiser , i doubt he could ever even hurt Joshua or any other HW. But we'll find out soon against Yakup Saglam
