    Good cover up, but the real reason the fight is off, is Vargas wasn't anywhere near making weight. So good show, but the rumors around L.A. have been circulating for about a week now.

    I wouldnt be suprised, and Vargas really didnt want to fight anymore anyway, thats why I was leaning towards Mayorga to knock him out.

    Sorry Dave, I don't have any links or proof. It's just what's circulating around town.

    You could tell at the press conference he was still way too heavy. I hear he came down from 250...and that one picture looked like it.

    Clearly the same thing is going on with Hatton. The more he blows up between fights and comes back down the more he has resorted to WWF tactics. Do you think he's on the same path?
