Unless he's completely washed up, he should beat this guy. Mayorga is quite limited, and has lost to every world class fighter he's faced except Forrest. Vargas by UD or late stoppage
He might look good physically but what about the internal factor? How that weight loss affected him . . . is a big question.

A lot of people would like to see Vargas retire on the basis of the obvious damage he has suffered due to fighting. He's a shell of himself, no matter what happens in this so-so fight.

I don't agree with all the bashing he's suffering by low layin journalists like Kevin Lole, specially after having fought like he did against Quartey, Tito, even Hoya and Shane... If the yahoo sports boxing writer has nothing on this one, he doesn't have to wish anything cause it's up to Vargas, his family and handlers. Write a simple break-down like Graham Houston or else, tell it right in Vargas' face, no options being left.
