The Quartey fight was no gift, Vargas beat him rather handily.
Post fight Quartey was even making excuses about an illness.

I do agree with you however. I rate Margarito higher than Vargas.

Vargas clearly the better boxer, but Margarito had Championship tangibles that Vargas just didn't have.

Head to head, I'd pick Margarito to stop Vargas much the same way he did Miguel Cotto.
