Couldn't have said it better that short. DLH, SSM and Tito were the greatest around his weight class early 2000s - Floyd was a lightweight, Bernard and Roy were 160 plus pounders.

Vargas had twice the talent of Reid. He beat Winky Wright (controversial but so what there were many fights that were controversial but you cant say Sturm beat DLH or DLH beat Mosley) and he beat Ike Quartey convincingly when Quartey was in his prime.
