I think Broner is gunna get whooped again, can't wait to see if he opens up as favourite coz I will be betting on Vargas.

How on earth does Cuellar get a title shot coming off a loss? disgraceful from the most corrupt belt organization in boxing.

How does tank get another shot at title when he wasn't even ranked with WBA before he lost his belt on the scale, they're rewarding this guy for being unprofessional, he needs to move his ass up if he can't make weight.

Surprisingly good fights. I was expecting worse opponents for each Broner and Gervonta. Picking Vargas and Gervonta in decisions.

It is a good replacement and I rate Vargas more than Figueroa but they should made it at 147 rather than the 144 I think it’s at. Cuellar is not that good and I think Davis ices him.

Broner.. In reality Broner could win if he makes it to the fight without getting arrested but its his mentality that could cause yet another L on his record.

Yeah, I def think Vargas has a better chance of beating Broner than Figueroa would have had. Which is why I'm all the more pleasantly surprised, haha.

    Fight at 135?

I had big money on tank over Pedraza at +185. However Tank looked Off on the may-mac undercard, I'm starting to think he will get unexpected loses

Apparently it’s at 130, Tank should move up he is clearly struggling to make the weight. He barely made it against Walsh and he failed against the last guy.

Lool I had pedraza I thought he could box him but the guy went in there with the dumbest game plan of fighting on the inside with him and got smoked.

Broner should be able to handle Vargas. Vargas is decent but I think Broner will outpoint him.

Cuellar is a good fight for Tank. If he's as good as most think he is, he should come through it. If he fights like he did in his last outing though he might get iced. Agree with OP though, neither should be fighting for a title

He will be coming to this fight after a year and four months layoff, though...

Jermall is the best fighter on this card. We all know that AB sucks, and Davis is boxing's newest overhyped fraud.

Broner brings NOTHING to the table that Sadam Ali doesn't have more of. Ali has faster hands than Broner, a lot more power, and better technician skill... so how will Broner outpoint him?

Unless Jesse is drained, he handily wins this fight.

At least the hype on Gervonta came to a screeching halt. The kid can fight, though. Lets not act like his couple title fights weren't impressive especially for his age, even if they maybe weren't as terrific as some tried to make out like. He does seem like a punk out of the ring, I will say. We'll see where he goes. I don't see him as a fraud who loses every time he faces a ranked guy but I also don't expect him to be a long standing, dominant multi-weight champion or anything. I don't know, we'll see.

I don't know that Ali is faster, maybe I'll have to watch him again because I haven't recently but I considered Broner to be faster. Broner has pretty good power too, he hurt Mikey. I just think Vargas is pretty basic and anyone capable of doing something a little out of the ordinary can beat him. In saying that, I just checked out the size difference and it's a lot bigger than I'd imagined so my confidence is already knocked..
