I believe so, if it was at 154 he probably wouldnt make it. . . but he should be able to make 162.

 

Will he be effective though? Vargas has stated he was as high as 264 that is over 100 pounds to take off in a span of 8 months

This guy used to make 154, they made the deal for 162 for a reason.
