I just wanted to address the possibility of some drug enhancing a boxer's performance. Lets compare Vargas, who looked to be in the best shape of his life, against DLH, and the not-so-shredded Vargas who fought against Trinidad. We are going to assume that Vargas was not on roids for the Trinidad fight. Do you think the Vargas on roids, fought better than the Vargas that fought Trinidad?
I dont think vargas was on roids cos he never really looked that shredded and always stayed at the same weight. But to be honest i never seen the DLH fight.
Its a proven fact he was on steroids and tested positive for them. :good I believe he said himself that he put on so much muscle that he was unable to keep his arms up late in the fight because they were so heavy.
The Vargas against DLH looked like he just wanted to brawl with DLH The Vargas against Tito was trying to outbox him. Vargas that showed up for Tito was clearly better
Vargas had a bad genetic and also his body molded on how hard he worked to mold it. He looked fleshy with Winky and Tito but cut with Quartey and de la Hoya. Later in his career when he hired and strength and conditioning coach he was really cut like in both Mosley fights.
