Having your career defining fight at 29.. can only see this being the first of many if he wins.... No doubt he will box till hes late late 30s in my opinion, heres too another 10 years of Loma!, Although ive got a feeling Rigo is completely capable of making Loma look stupid, it really is 50/50 and the winner will be seen as another level too any other fighter.

Lomachenko is the most skilled fighter I have ever seen......................his hand speed, is fantastic, good power when he sits down on his punches, but his angles are like no other and his foot work, unreal!!!!!!!

    He’s certainly an ATG talent.

But he needs a much more accomplished resume than he has to get there. I do believe he has about as good a resume as one could have for the amount of pro fights he has, coupled with his unmatched amateur pedigree.

But still, more big wins from Loma will get him to ATG status, just not yet.

His speed and power are both average. He's only getting knockouts because he frustrates people into quitting. I'm watching a lot of his connects and they aren't even full power arm punches, like he's only half pulling back from a connection to get another angle and repeatedly tapping opponents. He's not really doing damage like say Lemieux does. He has great technique, but I think his physical assets are unimpressive. You want to talk fast hand speed, Broner or Gamboa are faster. Zab Judah, Amir Khan, May and Pac, Leonard, Camacho, Benitez, Ali, Jones Jr., Tyson, Hamed, Patterson, Taylor, Robinson, that's fast. Lomachenko's hand speed is okay.

He’s definitely someone that I enjoy watching and see as a future ATG. As long as he continues to stay active and avoid injuries, the sky is the limit

Not yet. Let him beat Rigo and avenge his loss to Salido. Then we'll see.

A very good interview with Loma, in my opinion:
