he isnt that talented but he does have mental deficiencies. broner has a low output and slow feet against quicker, more talented opponents. he wouldnt pummel loma at 135lbs or 140lbs, loma clowns him. broner's best win which was a draw is against jessie vargas. he has never beaten a fighter above C level.
