Tank managed the bulldozer pretty well. Even if he may have lost. Loma does much better than Tank. Better footwork, angles. I can see Loma never allowing Cruz to get set long enough to get a barrage of punches off.
Levels is often the most underrated aspect of boxing predictions and conversations. Sometimes I forget that myself, such as in the Tank Davis - Ryan Garcia fight where I really thought Garcia would win.
Tank should've lost. Tank is also a gunslinger and waits for the right moment when he's on the backpedal instead of searching for a rhythm Cruz would lowkey beat Lomachenko. It would be a substantial upset
Good fight, I just think Loma has too much skill. Cruz isn't sneaky enough with his approach. You know what to expect when he steps in the ring. High volume, power puncher, who bombs away without setting up anything behind a jab or feint. Too predictable to bother Lomachenko.
Loma is a level above , however Cruz hits like a truck and there could be a scary moment or two. I wouldn't seek out Cruz at this point if I were Loma, a lot of risk with little gain
I seriously don't think Loma should ever take that fight You would be surprised how much Loma would struggle against a dog
Lomo wins but man do I love Cruz. I'm a huge fan of sawed off pressure fighter's especially guys with his skill.
