    That's how I would describe it. It won't make you do a shuffle or a jig and it won't really deter you from coming forward, but there's definitely pop behind them punches.

    I was just gonna make such a thread, there's more to his power than it seems at first. He can definitely get your attention and if he lands enough make guys quit/stop them.

    He could be a guy who has more power to the body, because most guys that aren't weight drained, walk through the shots to the head.

    Yes, he has some, but accuracy, speed and stealthiness play an important role.

    Yeah, with as many shots he was ripping Linares with, his face should have been torn up. I think there was a small cut only.

    It's also a thing of a style — I can't count how many times during his fights I heard from his dad "Vasya, ne vkladivaysya!" (it means "Vasya, don't try to hit hard).
