Inoue is only one weight below Lomachenko's best weight. Who would have won this fight?

Think Loma is losing at the minute because of size more than anything else.

Inoue hasn't even been at 122 yet, but if his speed and power carries up, Inoue by KO.

Hard for me to see Inoue winning this. Lomachenko by competitive but wide decision.

That being said, I am treating this like the question is about Lomachenko when he was fighting at 126. If we are talking about the current Loma going back down to 126 this becomes a much more interesting proposition. Current Lomachenko is noticeably slower than a few years ago and Inoue's constant pressure versus The Matrix footwork and angles would be a lot of fun. In this situation I will still take Lomachenko but I wouldn't bet a penny on it.

Wtf lol. Did you guys not watch Rigo vs Loma? There's weight classes for a reason. Now if Inoue goes up to 126 and runs through everyone there like he did at 118 and below, we can talk, but until then Loma stomps him.

Inoue's lost 6 rounds out of 138 boxed going back a decade and has been in 19 world title fights with 16 KOs. No one's clowning Inoue.

    Oof!

Can we at least wait and see until Inoue has ONE fight at 122 before pitting him against proven talents at 126?

Why does Inoue have to run through everyone at 126 to be better? Loma didn't. In fact Lomachenko went 5-1 at the weight, and 0-1 vs Ring rated contenders. (GAR obviously was rated later, but he wasn't rated at the time they fought, check 2014 annual ratings for yourself.) Loma lost to Salido and only beat GAR.

This isn't an argument about who would win, just an argument about what Inoue would have to do to surpass Loma at 126. Which isn't much.

This isn't a question of who is better P4P, it's a question of can Inoue go up to 126 and compete with a prime Loma at 126.

But we're talking about a 126 pound Lomachenko and a 126 pound Inoue that's carried his speed and power up.
