If the fight isn't happening for any other reason than rigo is injured
then its a duck. Rigo has nothing going on big at 122 so Loma is by
far his biggest fight opportunity. So, yes it's concluded. Rigo scurred.

Damn that sucks that was the best fight that could be made in the sport today. I was really looking forward to that one.

For all we know tbh, it could be a promoter issue because it's his last fight with Gary Hyde. Caribe-Hyde is confusing.

You mean his excuse? Rigo initiated this fight and
negotiated special stipulations and Loma agreed
to them. Rigos side said they don't want the fight
and didn't give a reason. Case closed. Its what has
always been called in the boxing world as a duck.

If Rigondeaux signs with Haymon, we can really kiss this goodbye.

VL – No. Just be ready (laughs)."

I though the clause was no more than 134 not 138 lbs why give Loma the advantage of more than 10 lbs.

He complains of Salido weighing 147 to his 136, but he himself would likely weigh 15 more pounds then Rigondeaux in the ring. lol. Laughable. Just fight Walters.

I thought negotiations stalled because of Lomachenko's people not wanting to pay Rigo what he's worth and not agreeing to the rehydration clause. If they came to terms on the money and the weight, and Loma isn't just making that up, then it does sound like Rigo is the ducker here. Shame.

Rigo is training in Key Largo, Florida couple hours from Miami money and 126 lbs is not the issue it's the rehydration clause no more than 134.
