Could go either way. I have Loma winning by UD, as he has the edge in experience and skill and Shakur is a super negative fighter which may play in Loma's hands as it isn't a very good idea to beat Loma at his own game unless you are really that something. Although, I can see Shakur having a very big future still even if he loses to Loma as he is a very talented fighter. I'm not sure if Shakur's team will take that fight considering Loma somewhat exposed Haney.
Given fair judges I would still back Loma by decision; Stevenson becomes excessively negative whenever he is in with a genuine threat, and I think Loma has the skill and footwork to get close to and outwork a negative Stevenson.
I believed that Loma would beat Shakur until about mid/late 2022. At that point I began thinking it was 50/50. Now I have no doubt that Shakur beats him. If there's any slippage whatsoever from Loma (and we might just be seeing a small bit of it), he no longer has a chance.
