Vasquez to come back in june

Man, these guys really took away too much from each other. It seems they haven't recovered yet from their back to back wars.

Now you gotta wonder whether or not Rafa will have a lot of trouble with Ponce de Leon.

 

Ponce de leon, lopez, marquez and vasquez... there's gonna be more great fights between this group, maybe marquez and vasquez shouldnt concentrate on each other so much, and fight the other two guys n then maybe a fourth fight.

Its amazing how these men can be so tough and be able to take it all and not mentally fold.

 

I say enough of Marquez. There are a lot of quality opponents out there who deserves a shot.

Yep, let them fight other people - there are some wicked fights in this division for both Marquez and Rafa... let them clean the division out and fight it out once more much later for P4P # 1 glory =P

 

Rafa will have problem with Ponce? :-(

I don't think so buddy . . . thinking like that is a complete insult to Rafa.

Rafa is a master boxer just like his brother JMM . . . while Ponce is a very crude fighter. I can see Rafa having problem with JuanMa but not Ponce.

 

What about a fight with Rocky Juarez at 126? That would be a hell of a fight and a good fight to test the waters at 126.

 

I normally don't use this sort of stance but after the epic fights these two have given us...let them take the most profitable option available whatever that may be.

These guys have earned the big money.

 

Is that something you can ever really recover from?

 

I wouldn't doubt the recuperative skills of the great Israel Vasquez.

The damage caused in the 3rd Vazquez fight could have reduced his punch resistance dramatically, making him an easy pray for a solid punch from De Leon. A year of inactivity doesn't help much either.

But if he is still almost as good as in the rubber match he will disponse of DL with ease. And thats what I am hoping will happen as I am a big fan of Rafa.
