I didn`t mean active in terms of fighting style, I meant active in terms of any fighter still actively fighting and not retired, Loma is more skilled than Calzaghe was though, even though Joe was very tough to beat.
Actually crawford can fight at more ranges than loma he can fight better on the inside than loma can.
I'd throw my 2c into the "Loma is the most skilled hat". His distance control is simply superb, he anticipates perfectly and basically can do a bit of everything well. The way he clowned Rigondeux was a wake up call as to how good he really is. I was expecting Rigo to be a tough fight that Loma would win due to size mainly, but he straight up out-slicked Rigo and by miles. I think he's ahead of any active boxer in terms of overall skillset, and handily so.
Lomachenko is the most technically skilled. Can you imagine how slick he would be if he had 72-74 inch reach like Floyd and Crawford?
Yes he is. And he’ll prove that once again in a little over a couple of months when he toys with another Gold Medalist.
